Haisi Measurement and Control Technology

FAQs
🟦 About Our Company & Quality
Haisi is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of high-performance inertial sensors and AIS (Automatic Identification System) communication products. We are experts in providing integrated solutions for motion sensing and marine navigation/communication.
A: Our core competencies lie in two main areas:
Comprehensive AIS Solutions: We provide a full portfolio of AIS products, from embedded modules for integration to standalone transceivers and receivers, serving both vessel-based and shore-based applications.
Advanced Inertial Navigation: We design and produce MEMS-based IMUs (Inertial Measurement Units) that offer high precision, stability, and reliability in demanding environments.
Yes. Our products are designed to meet stringent international standards. Our AIS products comply with IEC, ITU-R, and NMEA standards, and we are actively pursuing certifications like CE, FCC, and CCS to ensure global market acceptance and reliability.
🟦 Product Technical Specifications & Selection
HS-MX1201GT/HS-MX1203GT: These are AIS Transceiver Modules (they can both receive and transmit AIS data). The key difference is that the HS-MX1203GT explicitly supports both Class B (2W) and Class B+ (5W) power modes, making it suitable for a wider range of vessels.
HS-MX6206GT: This is a dedicated AIS Receiver Module. It only receives AIS data, making it a cost-effective solution for applications like vessel tracking, situational awareness, and UAVs where transmitting is not required.
HS-MX6208GT: This is a fully integrated AIS Transceiver “Black Box” terminal. It includes a built-in GNSS receiver and supports NMEA 2000, ideal for easy integration into existing boat systems.
The primary advantage of the IMU313C is its ultra-compact size (22.4×22.4x9mm) and low weight (<20g), making it perfect for size-constrained applications like small drones. The IMU300 offers a robust RS422 interface and may be selected for its specific performance parameters in high-vibration or industrial environments. The choice depends on the size, interface, and environmental requirements of your application.
It depends on the model. Our embedded modules (like HS-MX1201GT/1203GT) typically require an external GPS antenna. However, our black box terminal (HS-MX6208GT) features a built-in high-precision GNSS receiver. Please check the specific product datasheet for details.
We offer a variety of interfaces for flexible integration:
IMU Products: UART TTL (IMU313C) and RS422 (IMU300).
AIS Products: TTL Serial, RS232, RS422, and NMEA 2000.
🟦 Applications & Integration
Absolutely. Our products are perfectly suited for unmanned systems. The HS-MX6206GT receiver is ideal for UAVs providing aerial maritime awareness, while our transceiver modules and black boxes can be integrated into USVs for collision avoidance and identification.
Our IMUs are critical for guidance and automation in smart agriculture. They provide real-time roll, pitch, and yaw data to enable:
Grade control for excavators and bulldozers.
Auto-steering systems for tractors.
Implement control (e.g., keeping sprayer booms level on uneven terrain).
Yes. Several of our products, including the HS-MX1201GT and HS-MX6208GT, are explicitly designed to support portable AIS base stations and virtual/physical AtoN systems, helping to mark navigational hazards or create electronic fencing.
