Thank you for choosing Haisi MeasureTech. We offer secure and flexible payment methods to facilitate easy transactions for our customers worldwide. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed upon in a formal quotation.

For your security, all payment details are handled with strict confidentiality and encrypted protocols.

1. Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)

This is our most common and preferred method for business orders.

We recommend Bank Transfer for large orders and established business partners due to its reliability and lower processing fees for substantial amounts.

  • How it works: After order confirmation, we will issue a proforma invoice with our complete bank details. You can then instruct your bank to transfer the funds to our account.
  • Beneficiary Info: Our bank details (including Beneficiary Name, Bank Name, Address, SWIFT/BIC Code, and Account Number) will be provided on your official invoice.
  • Please note:
    • All bank charges and intermediary bank fees are the responsibility of the payer.
    • Please ensure your name or company name is included on the transfer documentation for easy identification.
    • Order processing will begin immediately after we confirm the receipt of funds in our account.

2. PayPal

A fast, secure, and convenient option for smaller orders and sample purchases.

PayPal is ideal for its speed and buyer protection policies, allowing for quick payment via credit card or PayPal balance.

  • How it works: Select PayPal at checkout or inform our sales team. We will generate and send a payment request to your email address.
  • Please note:
    • PayPal payments are subject to a processing fee. For orders paid via PayPal, a 4.9% service fee will be added to the total invoice amount. This fee covers the transaction costs levied by PayPal.
    • The order will be shipped only after the PayPal payment has been cleared.

3. Letter of Credit (L/C)

A secure method for large-scale initial orders or as per trading agreement.

We accept irrevocable Letters of Credit at sight, issued by reputable international banks.

  • How it works: The terms and conditions must be agreed upon prior to order confirmation. Once agreed, you will instruct your bank to issue an L/C in our favor, which will be routed through our bank.
  • Please note:
    • All charges and commissions associated with the issuance and amendment of the L/C are to be borne by the applicant (the buyer).
    • We require that all documents and terms comply with the sales contract. Shipment will be effected only after the receipt of a valid and approved L/C.

Q: Which payment method is best for me?
A: For most B2B orders, Bank Transfer (T/T) is recommended. For small value orders or samples, PayPal is the most efficient. For new partners and very large orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) can provide mutual security.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We do not store your bank or credit card details. Bank transfers are handled by your and our financial institutions. PayPal transactions are secured by PayPal’s advanced encryption and fraud protection systems.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, refunds are processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Warranty policy. Please contact our sales team for assistance. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Q: When will my order be shipped after payment?
A: Orders are processed for production or shipment immediately upon clearance of payment. For T/T, this is upon receipt of funds. For PayPal, upon confirmation. For L/C, upon acceptance of documents by the issuing bank.

Q: Do you accept other payment methods?
A: The methods listed above are our standard options. If you require an alternative method, please discuss it with our sales team during the order negotiation phase.
